I believe that in doing so, we can create your personalized path to growth, freedom, and healing.

As a therapist who has also struggled with mental health and executive dysfunction; I understand the fears and judgements that come with attending our first sessions. However, I am here to share that growth is found through a multitude of ways, so let’s work together to find yours.

If therapy sounds a little heavy; lets try coaching!

Coaching may not be as intensive as therapy, but it plays a crucial role in helping individuals take meaningful steps toward their dreams and goals. Personal life coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented process where a coach works with clients to clarify their aspirations, create actionable plans, and stay motivated as they move toward achieving them. It’s about providing guidance, accountability, and support, helping individuals break through barriers and stay on track, whether in their careers, relationships, health, or personal development.

While coaching focuses on helping people move from where they are to where they want to be, therapy often addresses deeper emotional challenges and mental health issues. However, being a therapist adds a valuable layer to personal life coaching. With therapeutic training and experience, the coach brings a nuanced understanding of human behavior, mental health, and emotional dynamics, which can be incredibly helpful in identifying and addressing potential obstacles that may hinder progress. Whether it’s managing stress, overcoming limiting beliefs, or navigating difficult emotions, the therapist’s skill set enriches the coaching process by ensuring clients have the right tools to not only pursue their goals but to do so with resilience and emotional well-being.
